Radon Tests

The Radon tests for the house on Whitney Chase came back at a 5.55 pCi/L (or picocuries per liter of air). The acceptable level is 4 pCi/L. While I don’t think this will be a showstopper for us, if the sellers don’t get a Radon system installed, we might have to think about backing out from the deal.
